Overview

This article explains why the same item may appear multiple times in the Pre-Fulfillment modal.

Usage

The Pre-Fulfillment modal shows the line items from the sales order. Each line uses a line index starting from 1.

If the same item appears on multiple sales order lines, the item also appears multiple times in the Pre-Fulfillment modal. This helps you distinguish between each sales order line and map each line accurately.
