Problem

If drop ship or special order purchase orders generated from sales orders aren't using the correct transaction form (i.e., not using the preferred form set in NetSuite), it could be due to an eXtendOrders Setup configuration that needs updating.

Solution

  1. Go to eXtendTech → eXtendOrders → eXtendOrders Setup.
  2. Confirm that the DROPSHIP PO CUSTOM FORM INTERNAL ID and REGULAR/SPECIAL ORDER PO CUSTOM FORM INTERNAL ID fields have the values of your preferred form ids in NetSuite.
  3. Save your changes.
