Problem

You receive the error Invalid custrecord_extend_oic_mainitem reference key X when using the Copy Order feature in eXtendOrders.

Solution

Confirm that the NetSuite item reference which is listed in the "custrecord_extend_oic_mainitem" field on the Order Imprint Configuration (OIC) records for the sales order has an active item listed. If an item is listed which is set as inactive it can cause this error message.
