If you receive this error message during item constitution, it indicates that the item you are trying to constitute already exists within the NetSuite account, but that it is currently tied to different Matrix Options than those which are specified for use with eXtendSanMar. Contact your NetSuite Administrator to verify the Matrix Options which are used in eXtendSanMar compared to the Matrix Options on the existing item record within NetSuite.
Additionally, we recommend not modifying the Matrix Name Template which is used with eXtendSanMar if more than a handful of items have already been constituted in NetSuite as these items won't be able to be updated in the future with eXtendSanMar if they are tied to a different Matrix Item Name Template or to different Matrix Options.
