Prerequisites

The following information is required to configure eXtendASI.

  1. ASI Number
    A unique number provided to your company by ASI.

  2. ASI App Code
    Use the App Code     1YEJ.

  3. ASI Username
    This username will be provided to each of your licensed ASI users by ASI.

  4. ASI Password
    The password associated with each ASI user's account.

  5. A list of your Supplier/Vendor ASI numbers.

Installation & Configuration

Once the eXtend ASI/ESP DE bundle has been installed in your NetSuite account, a user with Administrator access in NetSuite will need to perform the following configuration sequence.

  1. Creating eXtendTech Center Tab and Center Categories
  2. eXtendASI Center Links Creation Guide
  3. Mapping record creation for item constitution
  4. eXtendASI Setup Configuration
  5. Configure ASI Credentials on Employee
  6. Configure ASI Numbers on your vendor records.
    Populate the ASI # {custentity_extend_asiid} field on your vendor records with their corresponding ASI #.
