Details
To access settings in the eXtendMobile app, login and go to the homescreen.
eXtendMobile Settings
Tap the gear icon in the bottom right corner. This will display all available settings. The following details explain each available option.
- Theme Settings
This setting controls your eXtendMobile app theme. See eXtendMobile Theme Configuration for more information. - Refresh Functions
Tapping this button will refresh your functions from NetSuite. If eXtendMobile Admin users have added additional functions, they will appear on your home screen after function refresh. - eXtendScan Setup
This functionality is only utilized for certain use cases that require more advanced scanning capabilities. Contact eXtendTech Support for more details regarding this feature. - Show Internal Id
Enabling this preference will display the internal IDs of fields and select options on function and form configuration screens. This is helpful in identifying accurate fields or select options when there are multiple entries with similar labels. - Recent Messages
Tapping this button will open a page displaying all recent messages that were shown while executing eXtendMobile functions. See Recent Actions & Recent Messages for more information. - Function Groups
When in an eXtendMobile Admin role, this setting enables you to filter functions based on the function groups applied to them. See Working with Function Groups for more information. - Function Cache Settings
This setting allows you to update the cached record of a record type according to your needs. See Update the eXtendMobile Record Cache for more information.
eXtendMobile Advanced Settings
Tap the profile icon in the bottom left corner.

This will display the main menu along with an option for "Advanced Settings".

The following details explain each available option.

- NetSuite Timeout (ms)
The NetSuite Timeout (ms) in defined in milliseconds. This is not a required field but can be used to shorten or extend the NetSuite timeout, as needed. If no value is specified, 180,000 will be used as the default value. - Recent Action Row Count
Specify the number of rows to be shown in the Recent Actions list.
