Login to eXtendMobile app

Standard Login

To login into the eXtendMobile application using standard authentication, specify the field values below after opening the eXtendMobile application:

1. Subdomain
   Enter the subdomain provided by your NetSuite Administrator. Use all lowercase letters for the subdomain
2. Username
   Enter the username provided by your NetSuite Administrator
3. Password
   Enter the password provided by your NetSuite Administrator

Single-Sign-On (SSO) Login

If your organization has configured Single-Sign-On with Microsoft, follow these steps:

1. Subdomain
   Enter the subdomain provided by your NetSuite Administrator
2. Tap the "Microsoft" option under "OR LOGIN WITH"
   
3. Enter your Microsoft credentials when prompted
   
For the best SSO login experience, we recommend using the Microsoft Authenticator app.

1. What do I need to login to eXtendMobile?
   
1. For standard login:
   
1. The subdomain configured by your NetSuite Administrator
   
2. Your eXtendMobile username
   
3. Your eXtendMobile password
   
2. For SSO login:
   
1. The subdomain configured by your NetSuite Administrator
   
2. Your Microsoft credentials
   
2. Where can I get my login credentials?
   
1. For standard login, your NetSuite Administrator will provide you with your subdomain, username, and password
   
2. For SSO login, use your existing Microsoft credentials along with the subdomain provided by your NetSuite Administrator
   
3. What should I do if I forget my password?
   
1. For standard login: Reset your password or contact your NetSuite Administrator to reset your credentials
   
2. For SSO login: If you forget your Microsoft password, contact your Microsoft Administrator to reset your credentials
