eXtendMultiFulfillment Import Template

The Excel template below is the format used for eXtendMultiFulfillment pre-fulfillment record imports:
Note on File Formats: While NetSuite requires a CSV file for upload, the eXtend Multi-Fulfillment Upload page supports both CSV and Excel spreadsheets. If using CSV, save your file in CSV UTF-8 format to properly support special characters in item names or addresses.

Accessing the Template

For eXtendMultiFulfillments Version 1.0.1.5 and above:

  1. Navigate to: eXtendTech → eXtendMultiFulfillments → Upload MultiFulfillment Sheet
  2. There is a Download Template button on the Multi-Fulfillment Upload page for quick access

Additional Notes

The "Line UUID" field in the template is optional. It is useful when importing records where the same item appears multiple times within a single sales order or item fulfillment. By providing a unique identifier for each line, the system can differentiate between identical items and ensure correct processing.  See "Pre-fulfillment cannot be overfulfilled" error during Pre-Fulfillment CSV Upload for additional information.
