  • eXtendPresentation enables you to generate public links for Opportunity and Estimate records. You can share this link with your customer and they can provide their comments from this external form link. Their response gets updated within NetSuite.

  • eXtendPresentation (optionally) allows you to retain comments from different external users on the same Presentation form.

  • eXtendPresentation provides an item selection modal for specifying items on the Opportunity & Estimate records quickly and easily. You can even provide external image URLs for your specified items from right inside this modal. If the extendFiles bundle is installed in your NetSuite account, you can directly upload files from the Presentation Modal and its link is used on the image URL field. You can select from the existing eXtendFiles in your account from the dropdown.

  • eXtendPresentation enables you to send an email to your customer with a Quote/Estimate PDF attachment upon creation of a Quote/Estimate Presentation by clicking the Send Email button present on the form.
