When receiving the error below, make sure that the ASI Product Color list has unique values within the Value and Abbreviation columns for the associated matrix option list.
Multiple results found for list type customlist_extend_asi_color_list for X
- Go to Customization → Lists, Records, & Fields → Lists.
- Find the ASI Product Color (customlist_extend_asi_color_list) in the results of custom lists.
- Open the ASI Product Color list to view the values within the list.
Note: if you have a large list of colors, there will be a Manage Values button instead.
- Find and rename/inactivate duplicate colors or abbreviations within the list.
Example:
One of the values below would need to be updated or inactivated so that it has a unique value across both lines.
After the duplicate colors and/or abbreviations are resolved you will then be able to create items normally for those colors.
