ESP has predefined lists of values for certain fields (such as currency, imprint methods, product types etc.) as lookup lists. eXtendESP provides NetSuite lists to maintain and keep these lookup lists in sync with the ESP-provided values.
During the sync event, we inactivate any values which are deprecated by ESP and we add new values in the lists which are added by ESP.
You can refresh each list manually or refresh all lists at once on scheduled basis.
To refresh a list manually
1. Navigate to eXtendTech → eXtendESP → Refresh Lookup Lists.
2. Choose the applicable list from drop-down.
3. Click Submit.
Note: Smaller lookup lists will refresh in real-time. Larger lookups lists will be refreshed asynchronously and the status of the sync will be displayed on a resulting status page.
To Schedule a refresh:
Schedule the Map/Reduce script "eXtendESP Update All LookupList M/R" according to the refresh schedule of your choice.
